Ryan McElhiney received his Masters of Physical Therapy from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania in 2003. Ryan has treated a wide range of orthopedic patients, including patients with low back pain, joint replacements, balance dysfunctions, neurological impairments, as well as post-surgical patients. He is dedicated to creating individualized treatment programs to achieve maximum functional ability for each patient. Ryan recently took over ownership of Linden Oaks Physical Therapy, and is committed to serving the Rochester community with the highest quality of service.

Aaron Greer received his Physical Therapy degree from the University at Buffalo in 1999. He's recently moved back to Rochester after spending the last 7 years in western Michigan, where he was the Therapy Director for a company specializing in Occupational Medicine. Aaron has experience with a variety of orthopedic injuries, and specializes in treating upper extremity and spine disorders. He also has advanced training in several manual treatment techniques, including myofascial release, strain-counterstrain, and joint mobilization.

Lauren Buckpitt graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2004 with a B.A. in psychology, then went on to receive her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2006. She's also currently in the process of becoming certified as a personal trainer. Lauren brings experience in outpatient orthopedic and acute neurological care, and has worked in nursing home rehabilitation as well.
